Cat City is informed by the rich stories of Chicagoans who play a part in the city’s feral cat policies. From a colony owner in Austin to a TNR activist in Bridgeport to a bird protection organization in the Loop, the subjects surveyed in this film are as complex and varied as the many neighborhoods of Chicago.
